Technical description:
100mm plastic coated steel panels with high insulating PIR core material the steel panels are hot-dip galvanized 0.6mm thick Primed with active rust protection. Plastisol surface provides maintenance-free surface. Standard colour White, RAL 9003

High-pressure foamed PIR with density min 41kg/m³U value k=0.21/m²

Fire class: B-s1,d0 classified by RISE RESERCH INSTITUTES in Borås.

Modular system:
Base module 1200 mm wide and then manufactured in modular increments of 150 mm. Internal height from 2100 mm and then in modular increments of 300 mm up to a maximum of 6000 mm. The wall panels can be installed both vertically and horizontally. The panels are mounted in a special tongue and groove system and all panels (wall and ceiling) are secured using a Cam-lock locking system that secures all joints. All joints are secured against fire, gas, smoke and water ingress with solid joints. The roof can be secured against water ingress in the event of a very high risk of water ingress. The maximum length in roof panels is 6000 mm, but for larger roof spans, several roof panels are combined that are suspended against the load-bearing structure or internal load-bearing. Certified to load 150 kg/roof panel.

Self-supporting sections and maintenance-free surfaces, together with very fast assembly, make the construction time short and efficient. The 100% modular design ensures very favorable depreciation policies, resulting in solid savings. Doors are supplied as needed and the rooms can easily be equipped with water and gas-safe cable penetrations.
