ModuSec is specifically developed to provide the right level of protection for IT equipment and storage media against fire, water, smoke, dust, theft, vandalism and sabotage. Its high insulation performance effectively eliminates solar heat gain, reduces energy consumption and provides a stable operating environment for cooling systems.
Fast Installation
A 100 m² ModuSec room can be installed in as little as three days. The robust construction protects critical IT installations against fire, heat, water, gas, smoke and other external hazards.
Fire Protection
ModuSec does more than meet a fire rating—it limits temperature rise to protect IT equipment and storage media.
Water and Moisture Protection
The 100% closed-cell structure protects IT equipment against water and moisture while maintaining structural strength, insulation performance and fire resistance over time.
Thermal Insulation
The PyroFoam core delivers a U-value as low as 0.18 W/m²K—more than twice as energy-efficient as traditional 100 mm mineral wool panels. This reduces cooling demand, energy costs and CO₂ emissions.

Intrusion Protection

PyroFoam is the proprietary core material used in ModuSec panels. Its phenolic foam core combines exceptionally low thermal conductivity (U-value 0.18), high dimensional stability and proven fire performance - delivering outstanding thermal insulation and reliable protection for people, assets and critical infrastructure.

WATER & MOISTURE
Protection Against Water and Moisture
The 100% closed-cell structure prevents water and moisture from penetrating the panels, helping to protect IT equipment against water leaks and fire extinguishing water. The construction maintains its structural strength, thermal insulation performance and fire resistance over time, without the risk of structural water damage. The solution can be adapted for environments with exceptionally high requirements for water and moisture protection.
