Protection
Protects rooms and structures from damaging pressure changes during the discharge of gaseous fire suppression systems.
Products / Pressure Relief
For gaseous fire suppression systems, marine installations and critical infrastructure.

The discharge of Inergen, Novec, Argonite, nitrogen or CO₂ can create rapid pressure changes in enclosed spaces. Without properly designed pressure relief, these pressure changes can cause damage to walls, doors, ceilings and critical equipment.
Our pressure relief dampers provide controlled pressure relief, protecting rooms, structures and equipment from damaging pressure changes.

Protects rooms and structures from damaging pressure changes during the discharge of gaseous fire suppression systems.
Robust solutions with a long service life and minimal maintenance requirements.
Tailored to suit fire suppression systems, room configurations, wall thicknesses and specific project requirements.
Independently tested and certified in accordance with international fire safety and performance standards.

Dampers designed to manage both positive and negative pressure, protecting rooms and structures from structural damage caused by rapid pressure changes.

Marine-grade 316L stainless steel dampers designed for offshore, marine and coastal environments with high corrosion exposure.

Pressure relief dampers designed for Novec and other synthetic gaseous fire suppression systems requiring both positive and negative pressure relief.
Positive and Negative Pressure Relief Dampers
For Novec, Inergen and Other Gaseous Fire Suppression Systems
Gaseous fire suppression systems such as Inergen, Argonite, Novec 1230, CO₂ and nitrogen can create rapid pressure changes in enclosed spaces. Without controlled pressure relief, these pressure changes can cause damage to the building structure and critical equipment.
Pressure relief dampers from Puma Fire Products are designed to relieve positive and negative pressure in a controlled and efficient manner.
Novec dampers manage both positive and negative pressure. Inergen dampers are designed for controlled positive pressure venting. All models can be combined with active venting of the extinguishing gas after system discharge.
All dampers are independently tested and certified in accordance with leading international fire safety and performance standards.

Maritime løsninger
DUPLEX ST pressure relief dampers are manufactured from Marine Grade 316L stainless steel and comply with ASTM A380-13 and ASTM A967-13 standards.
Precision engineering and high-quality materials ensure a robust product design for extreme offshore and coastal environments.
Testing & Certifications
Fire tested at the Building Research Establishment (BRE Global), United Kingdom Tested in accordance with International Maritime Organization (IMO) Resolution MSC.307(88) – FTP Code 2010 Compliant with the Marine Equipment Directive (MED) Type Approval Certificate – 120-minute hydrocarbon fire test in an H60 bulkhead, achieving an H0 rating

Dampers for Synthetic Gaseous Fire Suppression Systems
Developed for automatic fire suppression systems using synthetic gases. The MPV series relieves both positive and negative pressure, ensuring controlled pressure equalisation during system discharge.
Available in a range of sizes, the dampers provide documented 4-hour fire resistance, making them ideal for projects with demanding safety requirements and certified performance.

Manufacturers & Solutions
Remtech partners with leading European manufacturers of certified pressure relief dampers. By working with multiple manufacturers, we are able to select the solution that best meets each project's requirements for fire suppression systems, performance, certification and operational reliability.
